A successful, serial entrepreneur, Sam Iwuajoku is a seasoned industrialist with business interests established in aviation, steel, hospitality and real estate where he serves in capacity as Founder and Director pushing the boundaries to ensure the success of his endeavours. These include Steelman Nigeria Ltd, Afri Infrastructure Development Ltd, Corporate Oil and Gas Ltd, amongst others.

With over 18 years of consulting experience for major international companies across various industries. A strong innovator abreast with new technology solutions and ideas which she has championed and helped various start-ups, she currently sits on the board of various companies and as a lead mentor in Innovation and Technology for Mentor X-Africa.

CAPT. SHEHU USMAN IYAL

Capt. Iyal is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of AFRI-AIR international Ltd, a charter /aviation handling and aviation consultancy services company. In recognition of his exemplary contribution to the aviation industry, he was appointed Special Assistant to former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Aviation Matters where he rose to the post of Senior Special Adviser and subsequently served two (2) successive Nigerian presidents during which time he was Chairman, Presidential Implementation and Monitoring Committee (PIMC), Hub development of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Presidential Committee on Improvement of Airport Security and Drug Related Problems.

Capt. Iyal is on the board of Skyway Aviation Handling co. plc. and was a Board Member of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) and Chairperson of its Aviation Committee. He was also the Chairman, Aviation Committee of Nigeria@50 celebration.

Nkem Okeke MD, MPH, MBA, MSPM, is an award-winning kaizen entrepreneur, physician executive, and transformation coach; with a successful career spanning over two decades. She is a Faculty Affiliate of Medicine on valued based care at Harvard University and is a recipient of 2 global awards - the 2021 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award, and 2022 S.H.E Awards Top Ladies in Business. And serves as a board of trustees for Lasell Village & the Black Women's Health Imperative, and on the advisory council of a number of organizations.
