EXHIBITOR RULES

 By signing the Contract for Exhibit Space, Exhibitor agrees to abide by these Rules and Regulations and all amendments thereto and the decisions of LIA Management.

LIA reserves the right to deny the right to exhibit, to restrict access to, or to remove any exhibit(s) and/or exhibitor(s) from the conference and trade show areas for any infraction or non-compliance with these Exhibit Rules and Regulations.

Assignment of booths will be made only after receipt from Exhibitor of this Contract and applicable booth fees. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred, or canceled by Exhibitor except upon request and with the subsequent approval of LIA Management.

Exhibitors must have their booth set up at least one hour prior to the opening of the display hours. Exhibitors MUST staff their booth during all display hours but are expected to staff their booth, at a minimum, during breaks. Exhibitors assume all responsibility for their booth equipment and materials when not staffed. Exhibitor staff shall at all times wear or be able to show badge identification approved by LIA Management. Booth representation is limited to Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall not permit in its booth a non-exhibiting company representative. Exhibitor and its representatives shall be dressed modestly in good business taste and shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the exhibition.

Entrance to the exhibit area is by name badge only. Five(5) complimentary exhibitor staff registrations per booth space are included with your paid exhibit fee. Additional registrations are available at regular registration rates. Name badges for complementary registrations will be issued under the exhibiting company name only.

Exhibitor may NOT assign, sublet or share any part of the exhibit space contracted to it. Occupancy of booth space by more than one exhibiting firm is NOT allowed. No exhibitor may display any product or service other than those in the regular course of the exhibitor’s business.

Booth cleaning is the responsibility of the Exhibitor and must be kept clean at all times. Exhibitor is required to maintain the daily cleanliness and disinfecting of its booth. Cleaning of booths shall take place at times other than exhibition hours. LIA Management will be responsible only for the cleaning and disinfecting of aisle space and public areas.

All demonstrations or any other activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth or space contracted for by the exhibiting firm. Exhibitor must not place equipment for display or demonstration in such manner as to cause observers to gather in the aisles. All equipment for display or demonstration must be placed within the assigned booth to attract observers into the booth. Distribution by exhibitors of any printed matter, promotional materials, souvenirs or other articles is strictly limited to the confines of the exhibitor’s booth or space.

All property of the Exhibitor remains under its custody and control in transit to and from the Exhibit Hall, during installation and removal, and while it is within the confines of the Exhibit Hall. Neither LIA Management, the service contractors, the management of the Exhibit Hall nor any of the officers or employees of any of the same are responsible for the safety of the property of the Exhibitor from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes, and Exhibitor expressly waives and releases any claim or demand it may have against any of them by reason of any damage to or loss of any property of Exhibitor, except where the damage or loss is due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the persons mentioned above.
